About the Role

As a Recruitment Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment team with a main focus on Management position and Mass Hiring for operational teams. You will collaborate with the People Teams and Hiring Managers to ensure that all processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the end to end recruitment process and mass hiring process.
  • Assist in general recruitment administrative tasks such as create the offer letter, agreements, and other tasks as needed.
  • Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Maintain and update new hires data and related documents.


Requirements:
  • Final year or Fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field. 
  • Eager to learn and strong organizational .
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work from the office.
  • Available to join ASAP.
