About the Role

The internship program will run from May through August 2026.

 

This position offers a base hourly range of $17.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

OVERVIEW

Support the Store Design team by assisting with active store projects, prototype updates, and design documentation, while gaining hands-on exposure to the design and coordination process behind new and remodeled Sheetz stores.


RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

• Assist with adapting prototype store designs to active remodel projects
• Support prototype updates and new program integration through layouts and documentation
• Help develop millwork concepts, test fits, and design standards under supervision
• Participate in cross-functional coordination with internal teams
• Assist with 3D modeling, basic renderings, and visual studies as needed
• Organize, update, and maintain project files and documentation
• Support preparation of presentation and standards materials


QUALIFICATIONS

Education
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in interior design, industrial design, or interior architecture, or related field preferred.

Experience
• No Experience Required
• Previous experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD Architecture, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) preferred.
