<div><strong>About Luxehouze<br></strong>Luxehouze is a fast-growing omnichannel luxury marketplace operating across Indonesia and Singapore, serving high-value customers in watches, fashion, and beauty. We operate in an environment where trust, speed and excellence matter, and where outcomes matter more than activity.<br><br>We are looking for a KOL Specialist Intern, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”<br><br>What Will Be Challenging<br>Please read this carefully - it’s here to help you self-select.<br><br>Expectations are high and visible<br>Problems may be ambiguous and fast-moving<br>Priorities can change as the business scales<br>Feedback is direct and frequent<br>Performance is measured by results, not intentions<br>If you require rigid structure, narrow scope, or close supervision to perform well, this environment may not be a good fit.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong>: </div><div>● Identify, approach, and build relationships with KOLs in the industry. </div><div>● Collaborate with KOLs to negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships and contracts, ensure all contracts and agreements with KOLs adhere to legal and ethical standards. </div><div>● Plan and execute collaborative content strategies with KOLs, including guest posts, interviews, social media content, participation in brand events, and or launches. </div><div>● Work with the Content and Creative team to create high-quality content and to align KOL strategies with broader marketing goals. </div><div>● Monitor the performance of KOL campaigns, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights for improvements. </div><div>● Manage the budget allocated for KOL partnerships and campaigns effectively. </div><div>● Provide regular reports to management on the impact of KOL campaigns and the ROI of KOL partnerships. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirement & Qualifications</strong>: </div><div>● Final year students in marketing, communications, business, or a related field are required. </div><div>● In-depth understanding of the luxury and high-end industry, e.g. understand what type of content or KOLs that aligns with our audience pool </div><div>● An existing network and relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, or industry experts. </div><div>● Exceptional communication skills in building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders, including contract negotiation.</div><div>● Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights for campaign optimization.</div><div>● Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and collaborations simultaneously. </div><div>● Proficiency in English.</div><div>● Familiarity with KOL marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systmes.</div>
