KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect and analyze production and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support industrial engineering projects related to process optimization and efficiency improvement
  • Prepare and present data analysis reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings by preparing analytical materials and supporting discussions
  • Assist in audit preparation by compiling required data and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for performance tracking

KEY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Undergraduate or degree holder in Industrial Engineering
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and present operational data effectively
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of process improvement and efficiency concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
