KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, compile, and analyze production and operational data
  • Prepare and present data analysis reports to the relevant teams
  • Facilitate and coordinate meetings, including preparation of required materials
  • Support preparation activities for internal and external audits
  • Follow up on material requirements and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability
  • Assist in monitoring production control processes and maintaining accurate records
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth production flow
     

KEY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Undergraduate or degree holder in Management or a related field
  • Strong data collection and analytical skills
  • Good presentation and reporting skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills (especially with suppliers and internal teams)
  • Basic knowledge of production planning and control processes
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
