The intern will support the Senior Fund Manager and their team in preparing the Fund's Business Plan, including sensitivity scenarios, and preparing necessary documentation for committees, deliberative bodies, and investors. Responsibilities also include managing relationships with Finance, Asset Management, and Valuation functions.

Descrizione del lavoro

Fornire supporto al Senior Fund Manager e al suo team nelle seguenti attività:

  • Predisposizione del Business Plan del Fondo e dei relativi aggiornamenti periodici, inclusa l’elaborazione di scenari di sensitività.
  • Preparazione della documentazione necessaria per comitati, organi deliberativi e investitori.
  • Gestione delle relazioni con le funzioni Finance, Asset Management e Valuation.

Qualifiche

  • Percorso accademico eccellente in discipline economico‑finanziarie; un Master in Real Estate costituisce un plus.
  • Preferibilmente pregressa esperienza nel settore real estate, in ambito fund, investment o transaction (es. società di gestione del risparmio, consulenza).
  • Competenze in financial modelling.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel, Word e PowerPoint.
