Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?

We are looking for a motivated and organized intern to assist our IT Procurement team with administrative tasks. This role is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional environment while learning about finance and contract management.

 

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Invoice Handling: Help process and track invoices while learning to distinguish between operational (Opex) and capital expenses (Capex).
  • Timesheet Management: Support in tracking and managing working hours for external employees.
  • Contract Review Assistance: Help review contracts to ensure compliance with DORA regulations. Handle multiple requests and decisions, providing support to the assigned Project Manager (PM) and contract owner.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Contribute to various daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Prepare purchase orders, provide cost justifications, follow-up with suppliers and monitor renewals.


Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our IT Procurement Intern?

  • On-going Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance or any other relevant field.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Team player, self-organized, open-minded and comfortable in an intercultural environment, proactive and eager to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently while following instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Fluent in English, other European language is an asset.
