About the Role:
 
This internship offers hands-on experience in strategic planning and analytics within a global organisation. You will support day-to-day activities, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to how data-driven insights shape business decisions.
 
 
Key Accountabilities:
 
As an undergraduate intern, you will perform tasks under supervision, learning practical knowledge of capability development and digital learning practices: 
  • Support the design and delivery of learning materials and resources.
  • Assist in curating content for workshops and digital learning platforms.
  • Help collect and analyse feedback and data to evaluate learning effectiveness.
  • Contribute to presentations and team communications using clear storytelling techniques.
  • Update project trackers and support coordination of learning initiatives.
  • Engage with team members and stakeholders to learn collaboration and communication best practices.
  • Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
  • Network with senior leaders and participate in company-wide activities. 

 

About You:

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related disciplines. 
  • Strong interest in learning and capability development.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Teams.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
