- Support the design and delivery of learning materials and resources.
- Assist in curating content for workshops and digital learning platforms.
- Help collect and analyse feedback and data to evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Contribute to presentations and team communications using clear storytelling techniques.
- Update project trackers and support coordination of learning initiatives.
- Engage with team members and stakeholders to learn collaboration and communication best practices.
- Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
- Network with senior leaders and participate in company-wide activities.
About You:
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in learning and capability development.
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
