Job Summary

Support the engineering team in the development and monitoring of low‑complexity projects, contributing to meeting deadlines, technical requirements, quality standards, and established costs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Support project scheduling, planning, and progress tracking.
• Provide support in interfacing with internal departments (maintenance, production, quality, purchasing, etc.).
• Follow field activities and monitor project status updates.
• Organize and maintain records, reports, and performance indicators.
• Participate in technical meetings and support the preparation of materials.
• Contribute improvement suggestions to support continuous process enhancement within the area.

Education

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Civil, or related fields).
• Minimum expected graduation timeline of 2–3 years / 4–6 semesters.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Intermediate English (preferred).
• Preferably familiar with technical drawing / CAD software.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proactivity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.

Differentials
• Previous experience in an industrial environment or prior internships.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Participation in academic projects or scientific research initiatives.

Additional Requirements

This position will be based at our Diadema/SP facility. Availability for on‑site work from Monday to Friday at this location is essential. (Address: Av. Nossa Senhora das Graças, 115 – Serraria, Diadema/SP).
