CAMPARI GROUP RECHERCHE POUR SA FILIALE FRANCAISE CAMPARI FRANCE, 1 stagiaire Assistant(e) Category Manager Grande Distribution H/F.

 

L’assistant Category Manager Grande Distribution devra contribuer au développement de la stratégie catégorielle en réalisant des analyses de marché, en suivant les performances des catégories et en participant à la construction de recommandations pour optimiser l’offre, le positionnement et la croissance des marques sur les rayons Spiritueux et Vins.

Marques concernées : 100% du portefeuille dont Aperol, Campari, Sarti, Picon, Mouton Cadet, Bushmills, …

 

Responsabilités clés et activités :

 

1. Analyse de marché et veille concurrentielle

  • Collecter, structurer et analyser les données marché (panels distributeurs, panels consommateurs, données internes).
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord en coordination avec les Category Managers Enseignes à destination de la Direction des Clients Nationaux, de la Force de Vente, du Consumer Marketing et du groupe
  • Identifier les tendances de consommation, les dynamiques concurrentielles et les opportunités de croissance.
  • Réaliser des benchmarks réguliers (prix, assortiment, innovations, promotions).
  • Produire des synthèses claires et actionnables pour les équipes internes.

2. Suivi de la performance des catégories

  • Suivre les KPI clés : parts de marché, volumes, CA, mix produit.
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord et outils de pilotage.
  • Détecter les signaux faibles et alerter sur les évolutions significatives

3. Support au Category Manager

  • Participer à la construction des recommandations catégorielles (assortiment, merchandising, pricing, promo).
  • Contribuer à la préparation des revues de marché et des présentations clients.
  • Aider à la gestion des projets transverses (lancements produits, analyses ad hoc, études distributeurs).

4. Gestion de données et outils

  • Manipuler des bases de données complexes (Circana, Kantar, données internes).
  • Automatiser ou optimiser certains reportings.
  • Garantir la fiabilité et la cohérence des données utilisées

 

VOTRE PROFIL :

Formation école de commerce (année de césure ou fin d’études)

Spécialisation en marketing, data, stratégie ou category management appréciée.

Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et PowerPoint.

À l’aise avec les chiffres, les analyses et la manipulation de données.

Connaissance des panels distributeurs/consommateurs (un plus).

Capacité à synthétiser et vulgariser des insights complexes.

Rigueur, sens du détail et fiabilité.

Curiosité et goût pour l’analyse.

Proactivité et esprit d’équipe.

Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle.

Connaissance univers des vins et spiritueux et de la GMS appréciée
