You will gain valuable experience in a dynamic, international environment and help transform innovation stories from early ideation to real-world pilots.

What awaits you?

  • You will support visually documenting innovative projects in AI, digitalization and sustainability from early concepts to live pilots.
  • Furthermore, you help conceptualize, film and edit high-quality video content including interviews, event recaps, project showcases and short documentaries.
  • In addition, you contribute to photographing events, innovation formats and prototypes while capturing atmosphere, people and key moments.
  • Moreover, you will assist in staging projects, products and teams through strong visual storytelling.
  • You will also support developing creative formats for internal and external communication channels such as social media, presentations, websites and events.
  • Additionally, you collaborate closely with innovation managers, project leads and communication teams to translate complex topics into compelling visual narratives.
  • You will help manage smaller video and photo productions independently from idea and storyboard to final cut.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Studies in film, media production, photography, communication design, media studies or a related field.
  • Practical experience in video production and photography with portfolio or showreel.
  • Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut and Adobe Creative Suite especially After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Knowledge of camera technology, lighting and sound.
  • Strong sense for visual storytelling, composition and aesthetics.
  • Ability to translate complex innovation topics into engaging visual formats.
  • Structured, hands-on working style and interest in automotive R&D, Open Innovation, AI and future mobility.
  • Fluent English and German skills.
