About the Role

Key responsibilities:

Learn new system, application and products to transfer knowledge to store employees

As part of self-learning, you will be required to complete the prescribed courses available on TFG’s Learning platform

Drive and support change at the individual level  

Provide on the ground support and on the job learning, encouraging effective dialogue among employees and assist in breaking down possible communication barriers

Show stores where to find learning material and assist with trouble shooting

Escalate any questions, queries or concerns

Foster close relationships with store employees and field leadership teams by sharing key information affecting stores e.g. system changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Must hold a retail-related degree or diploma (original certificate required)  

Must be in possession of an original Matric certificate

Be unemployed

Must be between the ages of 20 and 27  

South African Citizenship

Devote 12 months to the exciting Internship programme with TFG.

Ready to work retail hours

Able to travel between stores from time to time

Skills:

Upbeat attitude and a love for the retail industry

Proficiency with computers

Strong communication abilities to facilitate learning and test for understanding

Natural leadership skills

Demonstrates a strong work ethic

Passionate about providing outstanding customer service

Strong interest in exploring and understanding retail technology systems.

Passion for identifying and solving challenges related to retail technology systems
