Job Details

The Pharmacy Intern will have the opportunity to work alongside our Pharmacists providing valuable experience with flexible scheduling to complement their classroom studies.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Pharmacist with all secondary functions within the Pharmacy department including filling cassettes, bulk preparation of I.V. additives using sterile technique
  • Processing incoming narcotics orders under the auspices of a Pharmacist and/or Supervisor

Requirements:

  • NYS Pharmacy Intern Permit required
  • Current enrollment in or graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Hospital experience preferred
  • Available to work at least two shifts per week, one weeknight evening and one of the weekends (7.5 hour shift).


Salary Range

USD $30.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.

The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
