About the Role

Founded in Berlin, autarc is a 40 person start-up who last year graduated from Y Combinator in San Francisco. Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations, with plans to further strengthen our UK market.


Role description

We’re recently launched autarc in UK with great momentum - and we’re looking for a driven GTM Intern to help bring autarc to market. You’ll work directly with our founding team, acting as the connective tissue between inbound customers, local installer partners, fairs and shows, and our global product and marketing teams.

This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing YC-backed climate tech startup and be one of the first GTM hires for our UK market. You’ll be in the mix from day one, with a front-row seat to sales, strategy, and building a market from scratch. If you’re driven, self-motivated, and love getting your hands dirty, this is exactly that kind of role.

  • Conduct virtual product demos with inbound clients and guide them through our software

  • Support customers via phone, email, or live chat during onboarding and setup

  • Connect with local heat pump and solar installers, and manage early partner relationships

  • Attend industry trade shows and events to build our presence in the France

  • Coordinate with global marketing to create localised landing pages, brochures, and demo materials

  • Create tight feedback loops from local users/partners back into product & engineering (and actually see it ship)

You’ll be based in our Berlin office, working closely with the international GTM team and founders — high ownership, steep learning curve, and real impact.


Requirements

  • A top-tier academic background in Business, Economics or a related field
  • Experience in fast-paced environments like startups, VC, consulting, or investment banking
  • A generalist mindset: you’re curious, adaptable, and comfortable jumping into new topics
  • Native in UK English
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and push things from 0 to 1
  • Available for a 4-6 month internship with a willingness to work 5 days in the Berlin office
