About The Company
The Marcona Copper Project is owned by Marcobre S.A.C. (“Marcobre”), a corporation existing under the laws of Peru. Chariot Resources Limited (the Corporation) indirectly owns 70% of the outstanding shares of Marcobre and Korea Resources Corporation and LS-Nikko Copper Inc. (together, the “Korean Partners”) indirectly own 30% of the outstanding shares of Marcobre. The Corporation and its Korean Partners have entered into a shareholders agreement with respect to the corporate governance of Marcobre and the ownership, development and operation of the Marcona Copper Project.
About the Role

II. OBJETIVO DE LA POSICION

Apoyar en la ejecucion de los programas de trabajo asignado.

III. RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES

Conocer los procesos de Seguridad y Salud según el Sistema de gestión Minsegur, Cero es Posible y Proponer iniciativas de mejora sobre los mismos.

Asistir y dar soporte en los programas de cultura de seguridad: Safestart, Escudo 360 y actividades de Liderazgo (OPT, VCC, etc.) 

Revisar y proponer campañas preventivas de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.

Participar en los proyectos, programas y actividades del área.

Gestión de dashboard y powerBi para gestionar el seguimiento de cierre de hallazgos. a travez de la analítica de datos y automatización de matrices de seguimiento.

VIII. EXPERIENCIA, EXIGENCIAS Y REQUERIMIENTOS

Haber realizado prácticas pre profesionales en el área de Seguridad y salud (Deseable en el sector)

FORMACIÓN REQUERIDA

Egresado o bachiller en Ing. De Higiene y seguridad industrial, Ingeniero de seguridad, Industrial, Ing. Metalurgico o carreras universitarias afines.

CONOCIMIENTOS

  • Capacidad para resolver problemas y trabajo bajo presion.
  • Proactivo y capacidad de aprender.
  • Manejo de Excel Avanzado.
  • Ingles Intermedio (deseable)
  • Power Bi a nivel intermedio - avanzado.
  • Power App 
  • Sistema Integrado de Gestión (deseable)
