About the Role

Schrödinger seeks a Marketing Intern to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.  This is a six month internship with a monthly salary of 2,000 €.

As a member of our European Sales and Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in accelerating the number of marketing-qualified leads (MQL) by supporting the incremental increase of marketing activities in the region for Materials Science (MS) and Life Science (LS). Using your excellent communication and organizational skills, you’ll support the roll-out and better adoption of global campaigns and implement dedicated regional marketing activities (e.g., conferences, webinars, Lunch & Learns, Product Solution Briefs). You will also analyze the impact of both global and regional campaigns on MQL and sales-qualified leads (SQL), opportunities, and wins, including return on investment (ROI).

What you’ll do:

  • Create dedicated regional target lists in Salesforce (customers / prospects) for HubSpot email campaigns promoting LS and MS workshops, Lunch & Learns, and regional webinars, and monitor list quality and optimization
  • Support HubSpot email creation (creation of banners with Creative team, and all other creative materials)
  • Research events and identify potential conferences for dedicated target areas in MS / LS 
  • Support event-planning and implementation (booth-building and traffic-boosting, finding networking sites, selecting hotels, updating digital event platforms, etc.); print collateral and develop innovative giveaways for events and track results 
  • Support setup of event and webinar registration pages in Bizzabo (e.g., for PSB, tracking registrations) and share feedback 
  • Create new dashboards to monitor results in Salesforce by running reports, exporting results to slides, tracking hot leads and Sales followups, and supporting the completion of records
  • Set up Asana templates for projects and monitor progress by tracking time spend and activities

 

What you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics (VWL), or a related field
  • Fluency in English (German competency is a plus)
