JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Intern will help develop and execute plans for various channels of our business, with a heavy focus on our Office Coffee channel. We are looking for someone who is ready to dive-in to help build our brand and execute go-to market strategies. If you are ready to get hands-on experience in consumer insights, research and development, and work cross-functionally to build our brand, we want you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in executing go-to-market plans to drive brand growth
  • Effectively engage the key target audiences to build awareness and brand adoption
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns – what is working and why
  • Work collaboratively with sales and other departments to identify opportunity areas and develop key marketing tactics
  • Drive expertise in key data collection tools and create performance scorecards
  • Develop in channel expertise and understanding of various brand channels
  • Collect and analyze data on consumers, competitors, and market trends
  • Assist with various projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enrolled in a business-related undergraduate program, marketing focus preferred 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent problem solving abilities 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, Canva, and basic data analytical tools
  • Must be able to be in-office during working hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) in Carmel, IN

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Interest in data, trends, consumer insights, research, etc.
  • Enjoy working in a fast, flexible, and innovative environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and bring creative ideas to the table
  • Knowledge and curiosity about marketing and marketing activations from competitive brand
  • Work effectively with others, especially other functions and departments
