About the Role

The Product Support Intern will assist in developing visual and technical support materials that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CCC Department and Sales Team. This role focuses on creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly graphics, flow schematics, and exploded drawings to support product understanding, troubleshooting, and internal processes. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials align with operational and customer needs.

Roles/ Responsibilities: 

    Create graphics, technical illustrations, and visual aids to support product documentation and internal processes.

    Develop flow schematics to illustrate workflows, procedures, and product functions.

    Produce exploded drawings to clearly show product components, assembly, and relationships between parts.

    Assist in organizing and maintaining technical documentation and visual libraries.

    Collaborate with the Customer Care Center /Department and Sales Team to identify opportunities for visual tools that improve efficiency and communication.

    Support the Product Support team with updates, revisions, and enhancements to existing materials.

    Ensure all created materials are accurate, clear, and consistent with company standards.

    Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental objectives.


Qualififcations: 

    Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Engineering, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Technical Communications, or a related field.

    Basic understanding of technical drawings, schematics, or product visualization.

    Familiarity with design or drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools) preferred.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into clear visual formats.

    Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
