Responsibilities
Arcfield is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Contract, Pricing, and Marketing & Communications teams. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the government contracting arena while gaining valuable experience in critical business processes.
What You'll Learn
- How government contractors price solutions and services to government clients
- Contract management and compliance fundamentals
- Marketing and communications strategies in the government sector
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Support:
- Assist with contract electronic records entry and management
- Support contract closeout preparation activities
- Draft, review, and provide commentary on contracts and corporate forms
- Help maintain compliance records
- Pricing Support:
- Conduct research for pricing activities
- Support proposal development processes
- Analyze competitive pricing strategies
- Marketing & Communications:
- Assist in drafting internal and external presentations and marketing materials
- Tracking marketing metrics such public relations, contributed content, social media, advertising, speaking engagements, and tradeshows
- Assisting with internal public information release reviews to ensure content is approved for release by various corporate stakeholders

Qualifications
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree at an accredited university
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week program (minimum 30 hours per week)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 3.0+ cumulative GPA
- Interest in government contracting, business, marketing, or related fields
