Job Summary
This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources team while also assisting with front desk coverage as needed. Responsibilities include handling general HR clerical tasks, maintaining documentation, supporting onboarding activities, greeting and directing visitors, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team.
  • Maintain HR files, documentation, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing new‑hire paperwork and coordinating orientation logistics.
  • Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
  • Help ensure smooth daily office operations, including supply management and general office upkeep.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and other HR projects as assigned.

 

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

  • Prior administrative or office support experience preferred; HR exposure is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for both in‑person and phone interactions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); familiarity with HRIS systems is a bonus.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily an office environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
  • Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
