Responsibilities/Qualifications

This position will support our People and Culture (HR) department. Our team is involved in global talent strategy, rewards & recognition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development as well as inclusivity initiatives.

 

Duration: Potential to last until end of year (Dec 2026) depending on student performance and availability

Work Mode: Hybrid at our Longmont, CO office

Schedule: Part time, 20 hours/week

Reports to: Learning and Development Manager

 

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Learning and Development Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in training, employee development, and talent management initiatives. The intern will assist in designing, organizing, and implementing learning programs that support employee growth and organizational success.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs.

· Support the creation of learning materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.

· Help maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS).

· Conduct research on best practices in employee training and development.

· Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions and managing participant enrollment.

· Gather feedback from employees to assess training effectiveness.

· Support data analysis and reporting on training metrics.

· Assist in organizing company-wide learning events, workshops, and webinars.

· Perform administrative tasks related to HR initiatives.

 

Qualifications and Skills

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong interest in learning and development, talent management, or HR.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).

· Experience with LMS platforms or e-learning tools (Articulate 360) is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

· Ability to speak French a plus!

The expected pay rate of this position is $20 and hour.
