Responsibilities/Qualifications

Internship Details 

An internship at Intrado isn’t just a summer job, it’s an unforgettable experience!  The internship program is full time (40 hours) for 12 weeks, and hybrid, working three days a week in our Longmont Office. The internship program will run from May 27th - August 14th, 2026. 

 

This position will support our Strategic Sourcing organization. This team is responsible for partnering with Intrado's stakeholders to deliver innovative, timely, and accurate procurement solutions that create exceptional value and cost saving initiatives, directly supporting the company's strategic goals. This team plays a critical role in our success!  

 

Each intern will focus on completing a project designed to provide hands on, career/major relevant project experience that will have an immediate and lasting impact on a real time business need. In this role, the focus will be on becoming familiar with the Strategic Sourcing process, developing performance dashboards, and creating a contract repository and supplier payment term list. Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to:

Essential Duties: 

  • Take ownership of your project from start to finish, culminating in a presentation to our executive team on your experiences and accomplishments. 

  • Seek out the chance to learn from our incredible team members. 

  • Create connections and relationships with fellow interns and Intrado team members throughout your project and during our social and volunteer opportunities. 

  • Take a deep dive into our business operations with enthusiasm and curiosity. 

  • Share your ideas for innovation, process improvement and ways we can delight our customers. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Junior, Senior or Master’s student with a major in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Communications, Networking or Information Technology or similar field.  

  • Demonstrated analytical capability with intermediate skills in Excel required 

  • Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau or other tools preferred. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • Strong communication skills. 

  • Passion for learning and a strong interest in supporting Intrado’s mission.

The pay rate for this position is $20 per hour.
