Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Intern to join our HR team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of HR analytics. You will work on impactful projects, leveraging data to provide insights that drive our people strategy, and utilize Microsoft's low-code platforms to build innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects related to people analytics, talent management, and operational efficiency for the Region

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using MS Power BI to visualize HR metrics.

  • Utilize Python for data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis of HR datasets.

  • Automate HR processes and workflows by creating flows in Power Automate.

  • Develop simple, user-friendly applications using Power Apps to solve business challenges within HR.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

  • foundational knowledge of Python for data analysis.

  • Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard creation in MS Power BI.

  • Basic understanding of workflow automation with MS Power Automate.

  • Exposure to low-code application development with MS Power Apps.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
