About the Role

About The Role:

As part of our People Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our HR operations are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business goals. 

What You Will Do:

  • Support various administrative tasks within the People Team
  • Ensure People Ops data is consistently up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible for reporting purposes
  • Assist in the development and improvement of internal processes and policies within the People Team
  • Provide administrative support for:
    • HR documentation (e.g., employment letters, redesignation letters, offboarding forms)
    • Internal knowledge base (e.g., SOPs, Notion pages, HR policies)
    • HR and employee databases, ensuring information is well-organized and maintained

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Fresh graduates or final semester students are welcome to apply
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — full fluency in English is a must
  • A self-starter with strong motivation to learn, grow, and take initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Involvement in organizational or non-academic activities is a plus
