In Retirement Business Consultancy, we help organizations with retirement plan set-up, actuarial valuations, plan governance and administration services, employee communications and other retirement consulting services. Our unparalleled experience allows us to provide consultancy and actuarial services to many of the Philippines’ largest retirement plan sponsors. On this three-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience our work – you’ll help deliver it.

 

Responsibilities: 
Joining us for three months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:
 

  • Develop your technical knowledge and consulting skills
  • Gain hands-on experience in designing, funding, implementing and managing retirement programs
  • Generate actuarial results and prepare reports
  • Carry out competitive benchmarking analysis of benefit plan designs
  • Perform annual pension valuations for a variety of clients
  • Work with our market-leading valuation software
  • Learn every day, through full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Workstyles:
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
