Sidel is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Payroll team in HR admin-istration and payroll-related activities in an outsourced payroll environment. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee data management, and coordination with external payroll providers. You will work closely with the HR team in a structured corporate environment, developing practical skills relevant to a future career in Human Resources.
- Support daily HR administrative activities and employee data management;
- Assist in collecting and checking documentation for new hires, contract changes, and terminations;
- Help prepare monthly payroll data (attendance, absences, basic checks) for the external payroll provider;
- Support simple pre- and post-payroll checks under HR supervision;
- Assist in updating benefits, insurance, and social security information;
- Support the preparation of basic HR reports and documentation.
- Proficient in English
- Student or graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar fields;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Interest in Human Resources and payroll topics;
- Accurate, well-organized, and detail-oriented;
- Discreet and respectful of confidential information;
- Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
