Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Working Student to to support our HR Recruiting department based in our headquarters in Munich. In this role, you will take on a variety of tasks and gain hands-on experience in the daily recruiting operations of a dynamic and collaborative team.

You will also gain valuable insights into how an international company such as Brainlab operates and be in daily interaction with colleagues throughout the company, giving you broad exposure beyond classic recruiting.

In this role, you will...

  • Coordinate interviews and be a point of contact for candidates
  • Assist in preparing job postings and distributing them across different platforms
  • Help manage our recruiting inbox and handle incoming requests
  • Participate in day-to-day recruiting routines and team meetings
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth hiring processes
  • Support in the planning of internal and external Recruiting events that shape our candidate experience and employer brand
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Recruiting team as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field)
  • Open, committed, and friendly communication style, paired with a sense of humor
  • Strong organizational skills and a reliable, structured way of working
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with an ATS is a plus
  • Business fluency in both German and English
