About the Role

We are looking for a commercial & data specialist intern to support the Industrial Automation business with data analytics, digital campaign execution, and commercial operations. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and sales enablement, and offers hands-on exposure to real product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and customer-facing events.

This position reports directly to the Industrial Automation Director of Offer Management and works closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing.

 

What will you do?

  • Data & Analytics
    • Build Tableau dashboards to track sales performance, campaign effectiveness, product/portfolio KPIs
    • Support data extraction, cleaning, and analysis from internal systems
    • Help translate data insights into clear business recommendations
  • Commercial & Product Campaign Support
    • Support the implementation of product-related campaigns, including new product launches, promotions and go-to-market initiatives
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product teams) to ensure campaign readiness,
    • Support Industrial Automation (IA) new launches/campaigns by uploading and managing content in the DMRC tool
  • Event Planning & Execution
    • Support the planning and execution of customer and distributor events, including Product launch events, Training sessions, Trade shows and roadshows

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Required
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
    • Strong interest in data, digital tools, and commercial operations
    • Comfortable working with data and dashboards (Tableau experience is a must)
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Preferred
    • Experience with Power BI, or similar BI tools
    • Basic understanding of marketing campaigns
    • Interest in industrial, automation, or technology-driven environments
    • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, or digital content management systems
