Launch Your Career in Strategy, Growth, and Government Consulting RELI Group is seeking a Business Development & Capture Intern to support our federal consulting growth efforts and gain hands‑on experience across the full business development lifecycle.  This internship offers real exposure to market research, capture strategy, and proposal development for the health sector of the business—working directly with experienced professionals in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Meet with market research, capture, and proposal managers to identify and document RELI’s end‑to‑end business development pipeline Gather new and legacy government and industry points of contact and enter them into the TechnoMile tool Help establish meetings, calls, and follow‑ups with government and industry stakeholders Research potential business opportunities and input them into TechnoMile Track business opportunities through the full business development pipeline What You’ll Learn How federal business opportunities are identified, qualified, and pursued The fundamentals of capture management and proposal development How to conduct effective market and opportunity research How business development tools (i.e., customer relationship management (CRM) applications) support pipeline tracking and strategy Professional communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners Practical skills that support careers in consulting, strategy, capture, and proposal management QualificationsJob Qualifications Requirements Must be enrolled in a current undergraduate or graduate degree program Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience conducting research and compiling data efficiently Strong written and verbal communication skills This is a hybrid internship that will require occasional travel to Tysons Corner, VA Only HUBZone‑eligible candidates will be considered. Please verify eligibility using the SBA HUBZone Map on sba.gov. Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, location, business needs, and applicable employment laws.
