Your Responsibilities as a Construction Services / Water Resources Intern:
- Work in the field on active (and inactive) construction sites, and urban landscapes.
- Sediment and erosion control site maintenance and inspections.
- Post-construction restoration, remediation, etc.
- Permanent water quality facility maintenance and inspections.
- Complete written field reports.
- Take direction from supervisor to perform various field duties.
- Ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift and carry 60 pounds.
- Strong verbal communication. Customer service experience a plus.
- Observe safe work practices.
- Develop local, State, and Federal regulatory knowledge.
- Actively develop your own career growth.

What we're looking for:
- 0-2 years of experience (construction, landscaping/hardscaping, irrigation, etc. a plus).
- Basic environmental science and regulatory knowledge.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Awareness of safety standards and practices.
- Good record keeping.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Access to reliable transportation.
