MHIRJ is seeking an Intern, Supply Chain who is smart, curious and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people’s lives.  You’ll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team.

In your role, you will:

 

  • Participate in the development of the product family through the development and execution of business plans for new and existing programs;
  • Develop and have a complete understanding of the market for the relevant product family;
  • Have a solid understanding of suppliers' capabilities, market positioning and strategies;
  • Identify, analyze and materialize the possibilities of cost optimization;
  • Negotiate contracts, business requests, product changes and contract amendments;
  • Ensure contracts are maintained in accordance with our business requirements;
  • Plan and analyze needs and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders using governance tools and reporting tools (eg: KPI: Key Performance Indicator).

 

Qualifications

 

As our ideal candidate, you

  • are ongoing Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Business Administration;
  • are eager to learn more and willing to apply academic knowledge in a business environment;
  • possess excellent people skills and motivation;
  • have excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken;
  • have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 

Position Details:

 

• Location : Hybrid, remote working as well as located in Missisauga, Ontario
