LOGISTICS & CUSTOMS INTERN

POSITION SUMMARY: 

This is a full-time (36 hours per week), paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the business. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment. The program allows interns to explore the retail industry while developing a strong understanding of a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer business. Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will participate in meaningful project work that supports day-to-day business operations. In addition to hands-on learning, the program includes executive meet-and-greets, panel discussions, and professional development opportunities, offering valuable insight into leadership perspectives and potential career paths within the organization. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support daily logistics operations, including tracking inbound ocean, domestic and air shipments and updating internal systems.
• Assist with customs compliance activities such as reviewing shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, AWBs).
• Help maintain accurate records for customs filings and broker communications specifically for a Foreign Trade Zone
• Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and FBB warehouse team to resolve shipment issues or delays.
• Be flexible to pivot per needs at any given time.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027
• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for the fashion industry and a keen interest in plus-size fashion and retail.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
