The internship program will run from May through August 2026.
OVERVIEW
Support the payroll team in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. Gain hands‑on experience in HR operations, payroll administration, and employee data management.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
1. Validate employee timecard corrections and enter any required adjustments into the payroll system.
2. Review payroll reports, including new hires, exceptions, and employee transfers, to ensure accurate processing.
3. Assist with approving and processing employee forms such as W‑4s, direct deposit updates, and personal information changes.
4. Support the processing of bi-weekly payroll cycles, quarterly bonus payouts, and annual W‑2 documents.
5. Respond to employee phone calls and information requests, providing timely and helpful customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
Experience
No experience required.
