Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of food
- Participation in training courses
- Working in accordance with HACCP standards
- Daily mise en place tasks and buffet service
- Cleaning tasks in the kitchen area
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- An organised and precise approach to work
- Ideally, you will already have completed an internship in the culinary field
- You are motivated to learn new things
- Resilience, tidiness and a very high awareness of quality
- Very good English skills are a prerequisite
