Founders Associate Intern (Business) - 2-6 months

<p><strong>Blindleister</strong> is a Berlin-based energy-tech startup building software solutions for the future power grid. Its software enables wind, solar, and battery parks to market their reactive power for the first time and, in doing so, actively stabilize the electricity grid.</p> <p>Reactive power plays a crucial role in maintaining grid stability. As conventional power plants are phased out, system stability increasingly depends on renewable assets providing reactive power. We make this transition possible at scale.</p> <p>As <strong>Founders Associate (Intern)</strong>, you will act as high right hand to help Niklas, our business co-founder and MD, to scale all critical parts of the business.
