Our ROLLiN’ Graduate Program is open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Sydney), commencing on  8 February 2027. This is an 18-month full-time program that offers multiple rotations and exposure within your chosen field. What You’ll Do 

 

  • Gain exposure across an end-to-end insurance business, learning how technology supports the customer journey from start to finish 

  • Work in a SaaS environment with no legacy, combining a world class technology stack with an environment that allows curious minds to thrive 

  • Help shape thought leadership decisions that drive and deliver integral initiatives 

  • Build reusable integration and automation assets while developing technology professionalism and scalable ways of working 

  • Improve how customers interact through technology and digital experiences every day, and resolve issues using fundamental technological knowledge 

  • Contribute to machine learning initiatives and reporting tasks on data sources, and support projects and programs while participating in process improvements 

 

What You'll Bring 

 

  • A university degree or higher (graduated in 2024-2025) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2026 – ideally from Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer Science, Cloud Artificial Intelligence or Cyber Security disciplines 

  • A credit average achievement (65%+), and    

  • Australian and/or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency (full working rights)  

  • A driven, enthusiastic, team-focused mindset 

  • Ability to work 2 days per week in the Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) office
