About the Role

What you´ll do

  • Assist in coordinating and supporting financial system activities (primarily Sales BI and SAP) for Henkel’s businesses.
  • Help ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by liaising with business units.
  • Support the Sales Controlling team in reviewing and reconciling reports prepared by staff and other finance colleague to meet internal and external audit requirements.
  • Analyze existing systems, policies, and procedures and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports, data and presentations for the manager of other stakeholders.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, International Economics and Law preferred
  • 1 ~ 2 years of related experience is preferred
  • Basic understanding of business, financial, and accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP or VBA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good time and stress management skills.
  • Business level English skill preferred
