About the Role

The Transformation & Change Management Unit is part of the CTO organization at Deutsche Börse Group. We oversee the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional technology programs across the entire tech stack—including cloud, networks, AI, and data transformation. Our team consists of experienced program managers and PMO professionals who ensure that transformation efforts are delivered with structure, transparency, and stakeholder alignment.

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern / working student (f/m/d) to support us in managing cloud related projects including rollout activities, managing project related dependencies and KPI tracking. 

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Assisting the planning and execution of cloud-based projects
  • Assisting in the design and build of a Power BI program dashboard
  • Connecting and integrating data from project management tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Analyze cloud-based environments
  • Developing visualizations that enable decision-makers to track portfolio health
  • Documenting setup, logic, and user guidance for ongoing use
  • Support us in continuously evolving our Project Management Standards 

 

Your profile: 

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 3 semesters in the field of Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of Project Management, Cloud Platforms or Data Visualization in the Financial Service Industry or in Consulting
  • You are interested in Data Visualization, latest AI trends and Project Management Tooling
  • You have gained good knowledge of Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau, Qlik)
  • You have very good knowledge in MS Office, SharePoint, Jira is a plus
  • You are interested in project or program management
  • You apply a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus
