Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assisting with the management of Compliance and Corporate Security documents, ensuring their completeness and quality, particularly contracts and related documents
  • Providing reports on activities associated with processed documents
  • Maintaining an organized and current register of documents
  • Supporting straightforward Corporate Compliance tasks, including proofreading translations from English to Polish and Polish to English, creating presentations and summaries based on provided materials, resources, and legal changes, and taking notes during meetings, webinars, and other events
  • Conducting document verification for audit purposes in administration
  • Participating in Local Compliance and Corporate Security meetings, actively contributing to discussions and decision-making processes
  • Providing administrative support in planning and coordinating training sessions related to Compliance and Corporate Security

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Actively pursuing a degree
  • Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is an advantage
  • A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and learning new tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Positive, open-minded attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
  • Motivation to gain valuable international work experience in a supportive environment
