The intern will support the Purchasing/Operations strategy by developing and improving cross-functional tools for Maritime, Air, and Road transport, and by analyzing operational data. Responsibilities include understanding business needs, formalizing specifications, monitoring technical developments, deploying tools, and creating transversal tools like Dashboards and Excel tools.

Les missions :

Dans le cadre de l'accompagnement de la stratégie Achat/Opérations, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire afin de contribuer au développement et à l’amélioration d’outils transverses (Maritime, Aérien et Routier) et à l’analyse de données opérationnelles.

Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction des Achats et des Opérations, vous devrez comprendre les besoins métier et valoriser ces retours pour améliorer l’existant.

Vous serez rapidement responsabilisé sur vos sujets et serez amené à mener des analyses approfondies dans le domaine du transport.

Votre mission s’articulera ainsi autour de trois axes :

PROJET

  • Echanges avec le métier (acheteurs de fret, responsables locaux, managers siège…)
  • Analyse et collecte de données et besoins
  • Formalisation des besoins et validations des spécifications en collaboration avec la DSI
  • Suivi des développements techniques et tests métier
  • Déploiement, communication et formation des utilisateurs aux différents outils
  • Création d’outils transverses (Dashboards, outils Excel…)

SUPPORT

  • Support aux utilisateurs & documentations
  • Suivi de bugs & résolution non technique

PROCESSUS INTERNES

  • Mise à jour des documents de référence
  • Mise en place de KPI de mesure de la performance interne

Le profil :

De formation supérieure (Bac+5), type ingénieur / école de commerce / logistique, vous avez des connaissances en gestion de projet.

Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome, vous avez de fortes capacités d’adaptation et êtes force de proposition.

Vous parlez anglais couramment et maitrisez le Pack Office et plus spécifiquement Excel. Une première expérience en visualisation de données serait appréciée (Tableau, Power BI…).

Aucune connaissance en langage informatique n’est requise pour ce stage, mais serait un plus (VBA, Python…).
