About the Role
  • erste Berufserfahrung und absolvieren ein laufendes Studium an der Fachhochschule, Universität oder planen den Studiumsbeginn
  • Kenntnisse im Fachbereich Kundenzentrierung / Customer Experience (CX) und erste Erfahrungen bei der Analyse von Customer Journeys und der Optimierung des Kundenerlebnisses
  • Bereitschaft sich mit neuen Fragestellungen in den Bereichen digitale Self-Services und Channel Management auseinander zu setzen
  • Organisationstalent und ein Verständnis für Prozesse und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, konzeptionelles Denken und effizientes Arbeiten
  • die Fähigkeit Ideen zu strukturieren und in einer Präsentation umzusetzen
