About the Role

Vixxo is seeking an Operations Intern to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program at our Dallas, TX office.

* Internship will run for 8 weeks, June 1st – July 23rd

* 32 hours per week Monday – Thursday

Position Overview

Vixxo's Operations intern is focused on accelerating Vixxo’s AI-first adoption by building AI training plans and developing usable AI Agents/GPTs that increase team capacity, efficiency, and capability in order to improve “customer stickiness” through differentiated operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver AI training plans for Operations to improve AI skills, comfort, and change adoption.
  • Drive measurable improvement in Ops AI/agent usage
  • Develop and deploy an AI agent to better identify callbacks and reduce false positives (beyond today’s LOS/SD-based approach).

Qualifications / The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong, practical AI skills (ability to design training and build/deploy Agents/GPTs that real teams will use).
  • Ability to support change management and help teammates get comfortable using AI in more advanced ways.
  • Outcome-driven: comfortable being measured by adoption/usage, people trained, and (if built) agent accuracy vs. current callback identification methods.
  • Great working with local and remote team members to gather information and to champion results
