About The Company
Lucida AI helps business teams learn and practice languages through AI-powered, speech-to-speech coaching. With over 3 billion minutes spoken and an average of 30 minutes of daily practice per user, our proprietary speech-to-speech technology delivers real-time feedback and secure, enterprise-grade solutions that measurably improve spoken communication at work.
About the Role

Lucida AI is a fast-growing AI startup building speech-based learning and conversational apps used by millions of people worldwide. We’re looking for a Product Intern who’s obsessed with great products, loves digging into data, and wants to help decide what we build next.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, Design, and Engineering — and you’ll ship real improvements, not “intern tasks.”

What you’ll do

  • Dive into data: track funnels, cohorts, retention, and feature usage to find what’s working (and what’s broken).
  • Turn insights into decisions: write clear takeaways + recommendations for the roadmap.
  • Track competitors: follow top AI / learning apps, break down their UX, features, pricing, and positioning.
  • Help shape the future of the app: propose new features, improvements, and experiments based on evidence.
  • Support experiments: help run A/B tests on onboarding, paywalls/flows, messaging, and UX.
  • Write product specs: turn ideas into simple PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Bring the user voice: analyze reviews, support tickets, and quick research to spot patterns.

What we’re looking for

  • 3rd/4th year student or new grad (Engineering / Econ / Business or similar).
  • You’re curious + analytical — you like numbers, but also care about user experience.
  • Comfortable with Excel / Sheets (SQL is a big plus).
  • You follow products and trends like it’s a hobby.
  • Strong English communication.
  • Available full-time for 3–6 months.
  • Real product experience in a high-ownership startup environment
  • Direct exposure to decision-making and execution
  • Hands-on learning across product, data, UX, and monetization
  • A steep learning curve and visible impact
  • A strong foundation for a future Product / Growth / Founder-track role
