Additionally, the role involves ongoing communication with clients, lawyers, courts, and authorities, and daily reconciliation of the insolvency database.

Das erwartet dich

  • Unterstützung bei der Kundenbetreuung im Zusammenhang mit Verwertungsfällen, Insolvenzen und Verlassenschaften  
  • Mitarbeit bei organisatorischen Themen wie Aktenanlage, Postaufteilung und der Bearbeitung von Statusmeldungen in unseren internen Systemen 
  • Untersützung bei der laufenden Kommunikation mit Kunden, Rechtsanwälten, Gerichten und Behörden 
  • Du arbeitest beim täglichen Abgleich der Insolvenzdatenbank mit

Das bringst du mit

  • Grundverständnis für rechtliche und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Fachwissen im rechtlichen Bereich in Theorie und Praxis von Vorteil
  • Studium mit Spezialisierung Rechtswissenschaften wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen im Bank-/Finanzdienstleistungsbereich von Vorteil
  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
