About the Role

Desde Auren Consultores buscamos un/a profesional que participe en nuestros proyectos de Organización, Selección y Evaluación de Personal, Desarrollo/Formación y en general proyectos de Consultoría de Recursos Humanos / Estrategia y Transformación Digital. Colaboramos con empresas de distintos sectores, tanto nacionales como multinacionales, a las que acompañamos/asesoramos en su crecimiento y desarrollo.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?

Participarás en todos los proyectos de la firma, fundamentalmente:
· Proyectos de Organización.
· Selección y evaluación de Personal.
· Formación y Desarrollo.
· Proyectos Estratégicos e Innovación.
· Transformación Digital.

Buscamos candidatos/as que quieran aprender y desarrollarse en el mundo de la consultoría.

¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

· Titulación Universitaria, preferiblemente con alguna especialización en Recursos Humanos o similar, siendo muy valorable Máster.
· Buen manejo paquete office.
· Inglés - nivel B2.
· Valorables conocimientos en la gestión en plataformas de empleabilidad y programas específicos del sector.
