Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy LMS Administrative Intern to support our Training Enablement team in managing and optimizing our Docebo Learning Management System (LMS). This internship offers hands-on experience in learning technologies, content management, and program operations within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and interested in instructional technology, learning operations, or workforce development.

This role is designed as a growth opportunity with the potential for conversion to a full-time position based on performance and business needs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of the Docebo LMS, including course uploads, enrollments, user management, and reporting
  • Support the configuration of learning paths, certifications, and course catalogs
  • Upload and maintain training content (SCORM, videos, documents, and assessments)
  • Monitor learner progress and completion data; generate and analyze LMS reports
  • Troubleshoot basic LMS user issues and provide support to learners and instructors
  • Help maintain LMS data accuracy, organization, and system hygiene
  • Collaborate with the Training Enablement team to improve learner experience and platform usability
  • Assist in testing new LMS features, updates, and integrations
  • Support documentation of LMS processes, job aids, and standard operating procedures
  • Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications

Required:

  • Seeking full-time employment in 2026
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Docebo is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with eLearning content formats (SCORM, xAPI, etc.)
  • Interest in Learning & Development, instructional technology, or training operations
  • Basic data analysis or reporting experience

 

Internship Details and Expectations:

This is a part-time, remote paid internship ($20hr) that is offered as part of our GPSU program running from May - August for 12 weeks. Interns are expected to:

  • Work a majority of hours between 11am-4pm EST Monday through Friday, ranging from 25-29hrs/wk
  • Have a personal computing device and access to high-speed internet during working hours

While the internship does allow flexible hours, interns will often be required to attend trainings and meetings between the hours of 11am - 4pm EST, Monday - Friday. It is vital for the intern's development to attend these events, so we can only accept candidates who are largely available during these hours. 

This position is not available for candidates living in the following states: Alaska, California, Hawaii, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming.
