Schedule: June 1 – July 30 | Monday – Thursday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and structured Operations Strategy & Process Optimization Intern to help strengthen our operational foundation and improve workflow efficiency across key initiatives.
This is not an observational internship. The selected candidate will own defined projects with measurable outcomes and visible organizational impact.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing complexity, building systems, and creating structure that allows teams to execute faster and with greater confidence.

Core Project Areas:
1. Operational Infrastructure: SOP Centralization & Governance
Strengthen documentation discipline and long-term operational clarity.
Responsibilities include:
• Auditing existing Standard Operating Procedures
• Consolidating documentation into a centralized repository
• Implementing version control standards
• Identifying documentation gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies
• Establishing governance guidelines for future updates
• Designing a structured, searchable operations playbook
Outcome:
Improved clarity, reduced friction, and a scalable documentation framework that supports disciplined execution.

2. Workflow Optimization: Cross-Functional Execution:
Improve how key initiatives move from concept to completion.
Responsibilities include:
• Mapping end-to-end workflows for initiatives such as lender rollouts and partner onboarding
• Identifying bottlenecks, unclear handoffs, and inefficiencies
• Conducting structured stakeholder interviews across teams
• Proposing streamlined workflow improvements
• Designing a standardized rollout playbook
Outcome:
Faster execution cycles, reduced rework, and stronger cross-team alignment.

What We’re Looking For
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics,
Or a related field.

Skills:
• Strong critical thinking ability
• Logical, structured problem-solving approach
• Excellent documentation and organization skills
• Comfort analyzing processes and identifying inefficiencies
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently with defined objectives

Ideal Candidate Traits:
• Naturally organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working within ambiguity
• Willing to ask “why” until root causes are clear
• Curious about how systems scale
• Motivated to produce work with tangible impact

What Success Looks Like:
• By the end of 12 weeks, a successful intern will have:
• Delivered a centralized, version-controlled SOP framework
• Completed at least one measurable workflow optimization initiative
• Produced documented recommendations with defined impact
• Strengthened operational clarity across teams
• This role is designed to create lasting structural improvements, not temporary documentation updates.
