Job Description

This Software Engineering Internship for Occupant Safety System Department will be working and supporting the software-component development team within airbag controller OEM projects, as well as, continuous improvement projects within software development team. This may also include AI based solution implementation. 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in a computer or technical related field.  (Electronics Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Computer Science) with at least one semester completed
  • Experience in software quality
  • Experience in software development such as C, C++, Python, and Java.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire/interest to work in the Automotive Engineering field.
  • Must possess excellent problem solving, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Exposure to AI.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Minimum 18 years of age

**This role will be onsite in Plymouth, MI
