About the Job

As an IT Operations BI Analyst Intern, you will join our Student Innovation Lab, a dynamic startup-like environment under the leadership of Allianz Technology IT Infrastructure Governance. This role offers you the opportunity to design and develop an operational data service for our regional teams. You will work with enterprise data platform models and build a complex dashboard product in Power BI, gaining valuable experience in a real-world setting.

If you’re eager to learn, innovate, and contribute to meaningful projects while developing your skills in data analysis and visualization, this internship is your chance to make a real impact.

What you do

Act as a startup team member and contribute to the development of a data service.
Plan, design, and build Power BI dashboards and reports as modules of the data service.
Discover and understand enterprise data platforms and their data models.
Collaborate with developers to define data requirements for dashboards.
Support ad-hoc analysis for operational improvements.
Document work results and contribute to the knowledge base.

What you bring

Practical experience in Power BI.
Basic understanding of SAP BI, ServiceNow, and similar company systems.
Ability to interpret and visualize data.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with visualization approaches and a keen eye for Power BI design.
Currently enrolled in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
