About the Role
Main Tasks
- Responsible for assisting Digital Ops team - purchasing, supply chain management and quality management
- Support daily activities, including global supplier sourcing, pricing negotiations, order creation, supplier management, supply chain planning, invoice processing, budget reporting
- Assist Digital Ops Director with reporting of departmental objectives and key performance indicators
- Perform data collection and data analysis
- Generate process and procedure documents
- Participate in new or continuous improvement projects and initiatives

Experience
- Undergraduate or graduate business student with/or pursuing major in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management
- Good analytical skills and self-motivated
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization, Willingness to work in a team environment
- Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage Personal Quality:
- Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
Able to multi-task, Resourceful, Possess good initiative, Process & systems oriented
